Our Pre-Seed round is open for building and validating SumerOS v1. A patent-pending predictive resource orchestration platform for autonomous space systems.
Terrestrial cloud is running out of power, water and land. SumerSystems moves the compute to orbit.
Situation
AI demand is outgrowing grid power, cooling water and permitted land. Power is now rationed, not purchased.
Complication
Earth-observation and defense constellations already sense far more data per orbit than downlink windows can carry.
Resolution
OEC-1 runs SumerOS on the payload host, in orbit, so only decisions and compressed data come down.
Why now
Three curves crossed viability in the same decade: rideshare launch cost fell to a few hundred thousand dollars for a 50–100 kg payload, radiation-tolerant AI silicon became commercially available, and laser inter-satellite links entered volume production. The orbital compute layer is buildable today for seed-stage capital.
Product and IP
Built for physics, not just CPUs
SumerOS is "Kubernetes for Space Infrastructure": one continuous control loop that monitors telemetry, predicts constraints, evaluates risk, reallocates workloads and protects mission execution. Foundational IP is filed and pending.
